Reference: Moments On Memory will be referred to as "MOM" in this document.
Step 1: Complete the order form. Your submitted order will route to email
“orders@momentsonmemory.com”. Click here to see order form field
explanations.
The order form is viewed over a secure network. Any information you
exchange with this site cannot be viewed by anyone else on the web.
Step 2: Once MOM has received your order you will be emailed confirmation of
the receipt of your order with an estimated cost included. Print a copy of this for
your records and include a copy in your shipment to us. Should we have any
questions or need clarification of your request, we will contact you directly.
If you have changes to your order once it has been submitted via the web form,
email your changes to “orders@momentsonmemory.com”.
Step 3: Your order will be added to our schedule.
Step 4: Ship your order to our address below.

Step 5: MOM will send email confirmation that your package has arrived.
Step 6: Your order will be processed based on the specifications on your order
form. If we have any problems with any of the film/photos received, we will
contact you prior to moving forward with processing that individual item.
We will keep a master copy in .tiff format for one year should you require
additional copies.
Step 7: Once your scans have been completed, we will create a “thumbnail
sheet” also referred to as a “contact sheet” and forward to you via email for your
approval.

Step 8: You will approve your order from the thumbnail page and select which
photo you want to use for your sleeve cover and CD/DVD label.
Step 9: Once you approve your order, credit card payments will be processed
and your order will be completed by MOM.
If you are paying with a check, include payment with your shipment to us for the
estimated amount provided on your order receipt confirmation. Once you have
approved your scans, your check will be deposited and your order will be
completed.
*If actual costs are less than original estimate you will receive a refund with your
completed order.
*If actual costs are more than original estimate, you will receive an invoice for the
balance due with your completed order payable upon receipt.
Step 10: Your completed order along with your originals and payment receipt
will be shipped to you by M.O.M.
**Special delivery arrangements can be made for local delivery.
